Senator Tito Sotto insists the country should toughen up its act against dangerous drugs or risk turning into another Mexico in the illegal drug trade. Sotto, who proposed the revival of the death penalty, said the penalty should be reimposed for high scale drug-trafficking and rape with aggravating circumstances.
