MANILA - A six-wheeler trailer truck overturned at the Buendia flyover near the Skyway. The accident is now causing major traffic in the area where President Aquino is expected to pass through any moment for the groundbreaking of the Skyway stage three project. The driver of the vehicle said the brakes failed, causing him to lose control. The vehicle has yet to be moved out of the area, which is now blocking the entire south bound lane.
