NASECORE: Due process violated in power rate adjustment

The National Association of Electricity Consumers for Reforms (NASECORE) on Tuesday said energy regulators violated consumers' right to due process when it allowed Manila Electric Company (Meralco) to automatically pass on to consumers the adjustments in generation costs.
