Cateel residents say present floods worse than 'Pablo'

Some residents in Cateel, Davao Oriental said present floods are more severe than those caused by typhoon "Pablo" which struck in 2012. But they said they're more prepared now. Meanwhile, delivering relief goods to remote areas is still a problem. This, after the Cateel river has overflowed, isolating surrounding barangays. ANC Dateline Philippines, January 15, 2014
