MANILA, Philippines – The U.S. State Department does not want to give more attention to Dennis Rodman’s antics in North Korea by even commenting or reacting to them. Spokeswoman Jen Psaki said they plan to reach out to the reclusive state through official channels. Rodman brought a team of fellow former NBA stars to the North Korean capital of Pyongyang to mark the birthday of leader Kim Jong-Un with an exhibition basketball game. This was Rodman’s fourth trip to Pyongyang. Meanwhile, the NBA also criticized the trip, saying the league is not involved with Rodman’s venture. -- Mornings @ ANC, January 9, 2014.
