Yolanda rehab: Lacson vows to crack whip on corrupt officials

MANILA -- Post-Yolanda rehabilitation czar Panfilo Lacson on Tuesday warned local officials that there will be consequences should they get caught misusing or pocketing funds intended for the reconstruction efforts in areas devastated by super typhoon "Yolanda."
