Celebs gear up for 'simple' Christmas celebration

A number of local celebrities opted for a "simple" Christmas celebration this year. Singer Pops Fernandez, for one, said she has always spent Christmas "quietly" at home with her family. "House lang with my family and two boys. Every year ganoon kami. Super quiet lang kami and then opening of gifts, kain ulit," Fernandez said. Celebrity couple Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez, for their part, said they want to be more "practical" this year. "Siguro may dinner lang kami sa house, kasi naglipat kami.
