In a teaser video for the episode, Eigenmann talked about her relationship with Jake Ejercito, son of Manila mayor Joseph "Erap" Estrada. "OK naman po. Mag special friends. I really cared for him a lot pero hindi kami magkarelasyon kasi wala po siya dito sa Pilipinas. When pressed for comment on the idea of having a long-distance relationship with Ejercito, Eigenmann replied: “Pero mahirap 'yon, hindi natin dapat pinipilit ang isang bagay na gusto nating magtagal habangbuhay 'di ba?" Ejercito is now in London finishing his studies while Eigenmann is busy with her television series "Galema." In the interview, Eigenmann also explained why she posted a photo of her and Ejercito when they were still young, with the caption confessing her love for the mayor's son. "Siguro po para maging reminder sa kanya, ako pa din kahit anong nangyayari sa industriya. Kahit gaano ako ka-busy even if I'm in a different world, hindi po siya kailangang mamili kung kanino siya maniniwala. Paniwalaan pa din niya sana ako, kasi hindi ko naman po siya idi-deceive," she said. Eigenmann confessed her love for Ejercito after a blind item surfaced saying that she is getting back with her former boyfriend, actor Albie Casiño.
