Vic Sotto still considers settling down

MANILA - At age 59, comedian Vic Sotto still considers the idea of getting married again. "Nakakasawa rin naman matulog mag-isa, mahirap din. But of course, it's in God's time, hindi naman ako 'yung tipong ayaw ko nang mag-asawa," he said in an interview on "Kris TV" aired on Thursday. Sotto, admitted, however, that there came a point in his life when he has closed his doors on marriage. "There's a phase in my life na 'yung mindset ko ganoon na, I'll be single for the rest of my life. Inisip ko rin, malalaki na 'yung mga anak ko at may kanya-kanyang pamilya na 'yan in the future, so sino ang maiiwan sa akin?" he said. Sotto went on to note how he and his girlfriend, actress Pauleen Luna, have been talking about settling down in the future. "In a relationship, you talk about that. It's not a good relationship if you don't talk about those things, right? If you don't want to talk about it, parang naglolokohan lang kayo, eh kahit naman noong bata pa ako eh hindi naman ako nakikipaglokohan talaga," he said. In a recent interview, Sotto denied the issue. Currently, Sotto is busy promoting the film "My Little Bossings," which is the debut film of Aquino's son, James "Bimby" Jap Jr. The movie also features child star Ryzza Mae Dizon.
