DTI denies gaining profit from discount caravans

Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Secretary Gregory Domingo said the government is not profiting from the discount caravan. He said what DTI does is organize the caravan and get willing companies who would like to offer products at a discount. -- ANC Prime Time, November 27, 2013
