MANILA - Malacanang on Tuesday said President Aquino remains committed to fulfilling his mandate of survey results. This comes amid a recent Social Weather Stations survey that showed a dip in the approval ratings of President Aquino and Vice-President Jejomar Binay. The survey taken in September showed a 15-percentage point drop in Aquino's ratings. Binay's net satisfaction fell from +76 to +69 or a drop of 7 percentage points. ANC HEADSTART, November 27, 2013
