Benhur Luy breaks down PDAF kickbacks

MANILA - Pork scam whistle-blower Benhur Luy on Thursday revealed the alleged kickbacks given by businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles to lawmakers. Speaking before the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee, Luy said he was the finance officer of JLN Corporation. He said he kept records of their transactions and was given account numbers of the lawmakers who received kickbacks. He said the lawmakers who allegedly received kickbacks include: Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. - Revilla allegedly coursed P652 million in pork barrel funds to Napoles NGOs from 2004 to 2010. Luy said Atty. Richard Cambe got the commissions for Revilla, which was 50% of the PDAF. Revilla allegedly got P326 million in kickbacks although Luy said the senator only got P224.512,500 in kickbacks. "Ang difference po nito ay pera galing na kay Madam," he said, referring to Napoles. Senator Juan Ponce Enrile - Enrile was allegedly represented by his former chief of staff, Jessica "Gigi" Reyes, and Ruby Tuason. He allegedly coursed P726,550,000 of his PDAF to Napoles NGOs, of which 50% went to his commissions. Enrile allegedly got P363,275,000 in kickbacks. The other lawmakers who allegedly got kickbacks are Sen. Jinggoy Estrada (P375,750,000), Rizalina Seachon Lanete (P120,339,000), Edgar Valdez (P62.5 million), Rodolfo Plaza (P42,137,800), Samuel Dangwa (P27 million), Constantino Jaraula (P20.8 million) ANC, November 7, 2013
