MANILA, Philippines – Retired England soccer star David Beckham is reportedly forming a team for Major League Soccer. Sources say the former English captain is still putting together a team of investors, but has chosen Miami, which has a huge football following. The greater Miami area has a large and growing Latin American population, and local sports bars always draw crowds during the World Cup.
