PNoy assures quake victims of gov't help

Social Welfare Secretary Dinky Soliman, Interior Secretary Mar Roxas and presidential spokesperson Edwin Lacierda are set to fly to Bohol Friday to make sure affected residents receive relief supplies. President Aquino assured quake victims government help is on the way. Aquino also reminded businessmen a price freeze is in effect on basic goods in areas under calamity.
