ZAMBOANGA CITY - Fire hit an area near the Zamboanga City medical center, which is the site of continued clashes between government troops and Moro National Liberation Front rebels. Authorities said MNLF men loyal to Nur Misuari could be setting off the fires, using it as a signal that they are ready to attack. ANC Headstart, September 16, 2013
