MANILA - Senate Blue Ribbon Committee Chairman Teofisto "TG" Guingona III on Thursday said he will summon businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles and other whistleblowers in the P10 billion pork barrel scam. In his opening statement, Guingona said the Senate will leave no stone unturned in its investigation on the scam. Among those invited as resource persons to the investigation are Commission on Audit Chairperson Maria Gracia M. Pulido-Tan and Commissioners Heidi L. Mendoza and Commissioner Rowena V. Guanzon. Sen. Francis Escudero urged the committee to invite other resource persons such as the heads of government-owned and controlled corporations linked to the scam.
