CEBU - Divers suspended Tuesday rescue and retrieval operations at the site of a ship collision in Cebu. Neil Sanchez, head of the regional disaster management office in Cebu, said strong current and bad weather are hampering the search. Officials said the number of fatalities in the collision between passenger vessel M/V St. Thomas Aquinas of 2GO Group Inc. and cargo ship Sulpicio Express 7 has risen to 61. ANC, August 20, 2013
