Forced evacuation implemented in Dagupan

In Pangasinan, residents in flooded areas in Dagupan City are being forcibly evacuated. Eighteen barangays in Dagupan are flooded. Five towns and two cities in the province are affected by the floods and around 400 families have sought shelter at evacuation centers. - ANC, Top Story, August 20, 2013
