MANILA - The city government of Manila and bus operators have agreed to reduce the fee at the Park 'N Ride terminal in Manila from P120 a day per bus to P75 a day. Mayor Joseph Estrada and Vice-Mayor Isko Moreno held an impromptu dialogue today after bus operators decided to defy a ban on buses along España Avenue. The bus operators insisted the ban cannot be enforced since only a resolution was issued by the city government and not an ordinance. About 8 buses were apprehended Thursday, causing a monstrous traffic jam at the Welcome Rotonda. ANC NEWS NOW, August 8, 2013
