Sandiganbayan orders arrest of Ongpin's aide, 14 others

The Sandiganbayan has ordered the arrest of Roberto Ongpin's executive assistant and 14 other persons for their involvement in the P660-million allegedly behest loans the dealmaker got from DBP in 2009.
