UK weather: Britain set for 3 MONTHS of heavy rain with muggy ‘above average’ temperatures

Widespread showers gales are expected across large parts the country before a prolonged Indian winter brings warm air across the UK. The turn in the weather is expected to begin later today with heavy rain forecast across northern and western areas with the risk of localised fooding. The Met Office currently has four flood warnings in the north east and south east of England, near Wales, as River levels rise.
