World Drifting Championship: Rhys Millen and Dai Yoshihara

More than 8,000 fans braved the California wildfires and falling ash and made their way down to the Port of Long Beach for the Red Bull Drifting World Championship on November 15 and 16.. It was obvious from the get-go that Red Bull driver Rhys Millen was out to win, as he posted strong practice times on Thursday and Friday and qualified first on Saturday. The trend continued on Sunday, as Millen went head-to-head and knocked out everyone in his path to victory, which included an amazing showdown between Millen and 2007/2008 Formula Drift Champion Tanner Foust (who is sponsored by "some other" energy drink). In the end, Millen took first, with his teammate, Dai Yoshihara taking second. Foust placed third.
