Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Tuesday met the family members of a Dalit man who died in mysterious circumstances in police custody here. She met the family of Ram Avtar, 35, at Bhikaripur Panhauna village here in a surprise visit.

कांग्रेस की राष्ट्रीय महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा देर रात अचानक अमेठी पहुंचीं. यहां प्रियंका ने शिवरतनगंज थाना क्षेत्र के भिखारीपुर गांव पहुंचकर पुलिस हिरासत में दम तोड़ने वाले राम अवतार के परिजनों से मुलाकात की. प्रियंका गांधी ने मामले की पूरी जानकारी हासिल की.
