3D-printed Guns; The Life of a Former Incel
  • 5 years ago
3D printing is the latest battleground in the dabate over guns in America. Mic correspondent Jake Horowitz travels to Alton, Illinois, to meet John, a college student who prints gun parts as a hobby. Then, Yoonj Kim talks with former incel, or "involuntary celibate," Jack Peterson about his experience as part of the community of mostly men who are unsuccessful in love and sex. These young men often show up to incel forums looking for answers to their isolation, but instead, they’re led down a road of misogyny and racism — and sometimes, that road ends in violence.
