00:08 the question we always get asked at the
00:11 end of somebody purchasing new equipment
00:12 is what other fees or costs might be
00:15 associated with my install depending on
00:19 what kind of company you're dealing with
00:20 you may find that there are no
00:22 additional fees or costs because it's
00:25 all built into the price and it's one
00:27 number you know what you're paying from
00:28 the beginning all the way to the end
00:30 what we've found lately a trend in the
00:32 industry is that companies are coming
00:34 out and they're giving you a price
00:36 that's half the price of everybody else
00:38 and since we're treated like or a
00:40 commodity even though we're not people
00:42 go oh well that other company was trying
00:44 to rip me off because they're charging
00:45 me twice as much but what they find out
00:47 is the company that came out for half
00:48 the price
00:49 taras all the equipment out and then the
00:50 sales guy shows back up and says oh by
00:52 the way I got a change order this I got
00:55 a change order that if you want your
00:56 city permits it's gonna cost this if you
00:58 want your title 24 it's gonna cost that
01:00 and in most cases you wind up spending
01:02 the same amount of money if not more to
01:04 have it done from the person that was
01:05 essentially in the beginning cheaper so
01:08 when you're looking at new equipment
01:09 it's very important that you ask people
01:11 is this the total is this what I'm gonna
01:13 pay because you don't want to get a
01:15 surprise at the end when everything's
01:17 taken out of the house and you feel like
01:18 there's no way to get out of it oh you
01:20 need to spend extra dollars when you
