the most famous questions that we get is
00:11 what brand of equipment do you offer
00:14 everybody seems to know carrier day and
00:17 night American Standard Trane Lennox all
00:20 those really really high-end brands
00:23 what's really happening in the
00:24 background is the people that
00:26 manufacture those equipment they're
00:28 spending millions of dollars in
00:29 marketing they want you to know that
00:31 brand names that when you think Heating
00:33 and Air Conditioning do you think of
00:34 Lennox or American Standard just like we
00:37 spend money in advertising because when
00:38 you think Heating and Air Conditioning I
00:40 want you to think certified so what we
00:42 do is we actually private label
00:44 equipment through a manufacturer called
00:46 Dyken there's a largest manufacturer of
00:48 residential equipment in the world
00:49 they've got a one of the second it's the
00:52 second largest building in the world in
00:53 Houston Texas that we've been to they
00:56 take raw material and turn it into
00:57 furnaces and air conditioners on the
00:58 other end of the building we use them in
01:01 private label because we want to have
01:02 extended warranties so we get a ten year
01:04 parts and labor warranty on all of our
01:06 private label equipment may not be a
01:08 brand that you know but it's still
01:10 manufactured by the people are out there
01:11 building this stuff and at the end of
01:13 the day most everything about the
01:15 equipment is the same they're all gonna
01:18 have GE motors GE circuit boards white
01:20 Rogers like Rogers circuit boards the
01:23 same GE gas valves what tends to vary is
01:26 going to be the heat exchanger and how
01:28 they communicate through the electronics
01:30 with the Dyken family we get some of the
01:33 best heat exchangers out there they're
01:35 they're very robust tubular steel and
01:37 the communication systems are pretty
01:39 much all the same as everybody else so
01:40 it knows when it's on or when it's off
01:42 so being brand loyal sometimes isn't
01:45 necessary because you're going to spend
01:46 more money paying for a brand just
01:49 because they spend a lot of money in
01:50 advertising when you can get a piece of
01:51 equipment that is the same caliber and
01:53 quality and reliability for less money
