Spider-Man Fans Plan to Storm Sony Studios After Removal From MCU.
News of Spider-Man's exit from the
Marvel Cinematic Universe was
confirmed on Tuesday, Aug. 20.
As a result, Spider-Man fans
have decided to take a stand.
A Facebook event, titled, "Storm Sony and Bring Spider-Man Home to the MCU" has been created. .
As of Thursday afternoon, 7,500 fans have pledged to attend.
Their plan is to dress up in Spider-Man costumes as they storm the premises.
The event is scheduled to take place
between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. on Oct. 31 at
Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California
