Washington's nuclear envoy arrived in Seoul this afternoon,... to talk about solidifying security cooperation between South Korea, the U.S. and Japan.
On Wednesday, Stephen Biegun will likely ask for an extension of the military intel-sharing pact with Tokyo.
The ongoing trade friction with Japan led South Korea to reconsider the deal which will be automatically renewed unless Seoul decides to scrap it by this Saturday.
