Abbotsford police are investing the case where a Canadian man hurls a torrent of racial slurs against the person capturing the video.
The issue began when a bylaw officer issued a parking ticket to a passenger and the passenger got increasingly aggressive. A concerned passer by started recording the escalating incident. It was then the passenger diverted his attention to the person filming and used abusive words.
