Four-Year-Old Russian Kid’s Strength Strikes Everyone with Awe
  • 5 years ago
A four-year old kid from Russia's Shelekhov exhibits strength way beyond his ages as he swings heavy kettlebells with utmost ease.
Zhenya Kuzmenkov was the centre of attention at "Victory Record", a local kettlebell competition where he was the youngest participant and swung a four-kilo kettlebell 117 times. He was at the event with his 11-year-old sister Yana, who frequently participates in such competitions, when he decided to give kettlebell a try.
Zhenya's father, a National Guard employee cum professional athlete, introduced his kids to the sport, and they were instantly hooked. The family regularly trains together and the kids are preparing themselves for bigger competitions.
