Rock legend and Beatles singer-songwriter John lennon was born on October 9, 1940 in Liverpool, United Kingdom. During the 40 years of his life, Lennon wrote over 50 songs, winning over the hearts of many a fan with the gentle yet reassuring tone of his voice.
But even on his 77th birth anniversary, Lennon’s work continues to ring true in the context of today’s world.
