Appeal to the states adopt Clinical Establishments Act: JP Nadda, Health Minister

Taking cognisance of the grave medical negligence by the Max Hospital Union Health Minister JP Nadda has urged the states to adopt the clinical establishment act so that regulatory authorities are operative and can see working and functioning of private institutions. He has also asked the state government to take necessary action.
