Tens of thousands of people braved the rain to join a rally outside Hong Kong government headquarters. Called, ‘No violence, save Hong Kong’, the rally aimed to demonstrate support for the police and call for an end to the protests. Organisers say the event attracted 476,000 people. Police estimate 108,000 at its peak.
