प्रतापगढ़ जिले में बारिश थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही है. पिछले चार-पांच दिन से लगातार बारिश से जिले के सभी नदी-नाले उफान पर है. वडोर नदी उफान पर है. जिससे मुंगाना का संपर्क टूट गया है. कई लोग पुल पर फंसे हुए हैं, तो कई लोग जान जोखिम में डालकर पुलिया को पार कर रहे हैं.जैसा कि आप वीडियो में देख सकते है कि कैसे एक शख्स छोटे से बच्चे को गौद में लेकर ये पुलिया पार कर रहा है....
