MANILA, Philippines – In Formula One, world champion Sebastian Vettel finally tasted a Grand Prix victory on home soil in a race that sent him 34 points clear of Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso. Vettel hung on for his 30th Grand Prix win in an incident-packed race in Germany. A stray wheel from Mark Webber’s Red Bull injured a cameraman in the pitlane, while on track, Jules Bianchi’s car momentarily caught fire and then rolled towards oncoming traffic after the Frenchman had scrambled out. Meanwhile, championship rival Kimi Raikkonen was second for Lotus. -- Mornings @ ANC, July 8, 2013
