Palace: Tensions with Taiwan subsiding

MANILA, Philippines - Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigal Valte says tensions between the Philippines and Taiwan are subsiding. Valte credits the call of Taiwanese leaders not to harm Filipinos in Taiwan and President Aquino's statement thanking them.
