Step one to become a pro gamer is to register with the ESL. The ESL or electronic sports league managers all major gaming tournaments around the world.

Registering with the ESL takes less than 30 seconds and joining a tournament is incredibly quick and easy.

As you progress from the open tournaments, you will be invited to major tournaments with some offering cash prizes.

I recommend joining open tournaments even if you have no interest in becoming a professional gamer. Just the experience is thrilling in and of itself.
