Momofuku Donates Profits After Investor’s Trump Fundraiser David Chang is speaking out against a big-time investor of his restaurants. Following news of billionaire investor Stephen Ross’s fundraiser for President Donald Trump, many businesses came under fire, including Chang’s Momofuku restaurants. Chang called on Ross to cancel the fundraiser and proceeded to donate an entire day's profits from Momofuku's New York City locations. Among the charities are Planned Parenthood, the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES) and Everytown. SoulCycle additionally announced a few charity rides, while other businesses have remained silent.
