President Moon Jae-in has appointed a new vice finance minister and a deputy head of the nation's intelligence agency.
Kim Yong-beom, the former number two at the Financial Services Commission has been tapped as vice finance minister.
The president picked Choi Yong-hwan, ambassador to Israel, as the deputy head of the National Intelligence Service.
