Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has made a strange claim. Nishank, who attended the 57th convocation of IIT Bombay, claimed that the molecule-atom was discovered by Charaka Rishi. The great thing is that Charaka Rishi is called the father of Ayurveda.
