lliance (WLMA) to recruit senior women to mentor and support younger women on their way up.
Andie is also the co-author of the popular book Breaking Through Bias: Communication Techniques for Women to Succeed at Work. Partnering with her husband, Attorney Al Harris, Andie is able to bring a unique holistic perspective to the work of raising awareness of gender bias and what to do about it.
