NHS to change tax system for doctors working overtime

NHS pension rules blamed for deterring senior doctors from taking on additional shifts for fear of being hit with hefty tax bills are to be overhauled. Health Secretary Matt Hancock says it is "unfair" that those who work overtime should be hit with a big tax bill.
