Basic Vanilla Sponge Cake without oven | Vanilla Sponge Cake tips by Mj's Kitchen
Perfect Sponge Cake at home without oven

Ingredients:
3 Eggs,
3oz (6 tbsp) Icing Sugar,
3oz (6 tbsp) Flour,
1 tsp Baking Powder,
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Method:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl for about 5~6 minutes.
- Now add sugar gradually and continue beating.
- Now turn off the beater.
- Add 1 tsp Vanilla Essence to the beaten eggs.
- Mix baking soda in flour.
- Now add flour to the beaten eggs one spoon at a time and mix with spatula.
- Mix with soft hand in one direction only.
- Transfer it to the greased pan.
- Bake it at 180 degree for 20~25 minutes in oven.
- Or bake it direct on stove at medium to low flame for 25~30 minutes.
- Check with skewer if it becomes wet then continue baking.
- Basic vanilla sponge cake is ready.
- Decorate it with whipping cream or with fresh fruits.
