Surprising Gender Reveal! Do The Girls Care? - The Creation of Us (S2:E6)

Every couple expecting their first baby gets to this point. The pregnancy is getting to the third trimester, the anticipation from family and friends is starting to bubble, and the inevitable question begins to hover like an approaching thundercloud…what are you having? In this episode of The Creation of Us, the big question will be answered.
It’s another milestone family event out at Heather and Christen’s house in Westbury, Long Island. Since the latest sonogram, these ladies have pretty strong opinions of what’s to come. “I’ve had so many dreams…I really feel boy, wholeheartedly!” Christen states confidently. “So do I,” Heather echoed. “I’ve been saying that since the beginning that I really, really, really think it’s a boy. I will be SO shocked if it’s a girl….so shocked.”
Christen is just about 6 months pregnant now and is amazed how quickly it has gone. “I don’t know where the time went,” she said. “I keep looking down at my stomach and I keep seeing it’s growing and growing and growing.”
Both families have been thinking a lot about their new grandchild. Heather’s Mom Susan and Dad Charles are both leaning the same way. “I’m thinking a girl,” Charles smiled, “I’d like to have a girl because I enjoyed my daughter when she was growing up.”
Christen’s Mom Charlene really doesn’t know…she doesn’t have a strong feeling either way. Her Stepdad Michael would be happy either way, but had a thought about what he thought they might like. “I would be hoping for them that it would be a girl,” he said.
