Samsung Electronics chief executive Kim Ki-nam has made it onto the list of the world's most influential CEOs this year becoming the only Korean business leader to do so.
The head of Korea's leading chipmaker was named as the world's 13th most-influential chief executive by CEOWORLD magazine.
Kim was also the third most influential CEO out of the IT firms on the list behind Apple's Tim Cook and Amazon's Jeff Bezos who came 9th and 11th respectively.
CEOWORLD magazine measured more than 12-hundred CEOs from around the world, and considered the brand's newsworthiness, impact, change in market capitalization and social issues when putting together the list.
