NSFW POLICE SHOOTING OF A "MAN WITH AN AXE" Was He Armed?

This is what we know so far. The police scanner said on or about 4 pm July 30 2019 that a "Man was trying to break into a Car With An Axe Near A safeway grocery store....... near 122nd & Ankany." The Man was filmed by community members as He Lay Dying while police Half Ass tried and failed to administer CPR.
They were not doing mouth to mouth or trying to provide the man with oxygen.
The Man Died at the scene.
The shooting Happened at 120th & Ash street. Cop Watcher Robert West of Film The Police 911 has reported to me that he filmed the Axe in Question located at 120th and Ankany street.
So apparently the Axe was dropped Near the safeway that was mentioned on Roberts Scanner Radio. My Thought are this........ was this man Armed or Unarmed with a weapon as he was shot Dead by the Police?
We know of more video evidence and Eyewitnesses!
We'll be contacting community members and supporters tomorrow and provide the people of Portland with those interviews.
There will more information about this story as it develops. We live in a society where cops “protest” by wearing shirts mocking the dying words of a Man their comrades at arms strangled to death. We live in a society where the Brave Man that filmed rabid state enforcers murder his friend was sent to prison for it.

We live in a society where people willfully turn a blind eye as trained cops freak out and shoot anybody to death they encounter for making "a furtive movement".
We live in a society where deep seated institutional racism is so pervasive that the average person can't even think about it....... much less try and change it for the better!
We live in a society where the average person has to remain calm when our "protectors" aim guns at us, screaming obscenities and conflicting "commands"........and it’s our fault when they Murder us!
We live in a society where this Daily Horror Show is thought of as "normal".
We live in a society where violence is worshiped as a cultural fucking virtue!
We live in a trance of collective cultural Stockholm Syndrome.
Can we all please try and make this a better fucking society?
