सिद्धार्थ भारत में कैफ़े कॉफ़ी डे के सबसे बड़े रीटेल चेन के मालिक थे. सिद्धार्थ सोमवार शाम सात बजे से ग़ायब थे. उन्होंने अपने ड्राइवर से नदी के पुल पर गाड़ी रोकने को कहा था. ड्राइवर से उन्होंने कहा कि वो पुल पर दूर तक टहलना चाहते हैं. आधे घंटे बाद भी जब वो पार्क की गई कार के पास नहीं आए तो उन्हें फ़ोन किया गया लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं मिला. इसके बाद से बेंगलुरु में परिवार वालों को सूचना दी गई ।

He said to the driver that he wants to walk far and wide on the bridge. Even after half an hour, when they did not come near the parked car, they were called but no answer was received. It has been reported to the family members in Bengaluru since then.
