Seoul's FM en route to Thailand for ASEAN Foreign Ministers' meetings, related talks

South Korea's Foreign Affairs Minister Kang Kyung-wha is on her way to Bangkok to join the ASEAN Regional Forum and other foreign ministers' meetings.
Minister Kang starts her itinerary upon her arrival in the Thai capital with one-on-one talks with her counterparts from Myanmar and Laos.
She'll then participate in five multinational ministerial meetings,... starting with one with her ASEAN counterparts on Thursday.
With the tension between Seoul and Tokyo over Japan's trade curbs, a meeting between Kang and her Japanese counterpart Taro Kono has yet to be confirmed.
Just in moments ago, U.S. Secreatry of State Mike Pompeo has confirmed he will hold a three-way meeting with Kang and Kono on the sidelines of the ASEAN meeting.
The top nuclear envoys of Seoul, Washington and Tokyo are accompanying the ministers to Thailand and they are expected to meet.
