This is the touching moment a kind-hearted security guard helps a cat stuck on a roof - by letting it climb down on his shoulder.

The tabby was perched tentatively on the roof of the building in Bangkok, Thailand, on July 25.

But the worker in blue trousers and shirt noticed the moggy before standing on the railings and allowing them to perch on his shoulder.

The cat then scampered down the security guard's back before jumping to the ground and stretching out, clearly satisfied with its clever escape.
