Will bring Porsche Taycan to India soon, says Pavan Shetty of Porsche India

German carmaker Porsche has launched the facelifted version of its SUV Macan in India. The SUV which sits below the flagship Cayenne has been launched with a price cut of almost Rs 10 lakh at Rs 69.98 lakhs. The car will be available in two variants, one running a smaller 2 litre engine and one with a bigger 3 litre V6 making more power and torque. CNBC-TV18's Areeb Sherwani spoke with Pavan Shetty, director at Porsche India. Shetty is confident that premium vehicles will be relatively immune to the slowdown in the auto sector. The company will also be launching a fully electric sports sedan soon.
